Consultation Fee
The fee for your consultation and preoperative analysis is based upon the amount of time needed to completely evaluate your case.
A consultation will provide you with a great deal of information about your situation, whether or not surgery will be of benefit, and what can be expected.
We request that the consultation fee be paid at the time of the initial visit. Personal checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted
Surgical Fees
Your surgical fee will be quoted to you and put in writing at the time of your consultation. Quoted fees will be honored up to one month from the date provided.
In order to reserve a surgery date, a refundable deposit up to 30 days will be required. The balance of your surgical fees will be due two weeks prior to your surgery date.
If you are interested in financing your cosmetic surgery, we will be happy to refer you to an appropriate lender for such services. Inquire with one or our helpful staff.

Laboratory Fees
Often, laboratory blood tests are required prior to surgery. If your surgery requires tissue removal, that tissue will be sent to the pathology lab for identification. These are separate fees and will be billed directly to you.
Insurance
Hospital and surgical fees for purely cosmetic purposes are not covered by insurance. If your surgery is performed in an attempt to improve or restore function and, as a result, also improves your appearance then insurance may defray some or possibly all of the cost.
