We understand that financing your procedure is an important part of your decision. At Facial Cosmetic Surgery Associates, your safety, comfort, and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to make the financial process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Consultation Fee and Payment
The fee for your consultation and preoperative analysis is determined by the time required for a comprehensive evaluation of your specific case.
- What to Expect: Your consultation provides valuable information, including whether surgery is beneficial for your situation and what results can be realistically expected.
- Payment Due: The consultation fee is due at the time of your initial visit.
- Accepted Methods: We accept Personal Checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

Surgical Quote
Your specific surgical fee will be quoted to you and provided in writing during your consultation. Quoted fees are guaranteed for one month from the date they are provided.
Reserving Your Date
In order to reserve a surgery date, a refundable deposit is required. This deposit is refundable up to 45 days before the scheduled procedure.
Balance Due
The remaining balance of your surgical fees is due two weeks prior to your surgery date.
Payment Options
We accept the following forms of payment for services rendered:
- Visa
- MasterCard

Laboratory & Insurance Policies
Laboratory Fees
Please note that certain required lab tests and pathology services are billed separately:
- Preoperative Blood Tests: Often required prior to surgery.
- Pathology: If tissue removal is required during your surgery, the tissue will be sent to a pathology lab for identification.
- Billing: These are separate fees and will be billed directly to you by the respective laboratory or pathology provider.
Insurance Coverage
- Purely Cosmetic Procedures: Hospital and surgical fees for procedures performed purely for cosmetic purposes are not covered by insurance.
- Functional vs. Cosmetic: If your surgery is performed to improve or restore function, and an improvement in appearance is a resulting benefit, your insurance may defray some or possibly all of the cost.
