Procedures: Blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid surgery), Filler Augmentation of the Tear Trough and Inferior Orbital Rim
Story: This active women in her forties was unhappy about lower eyelid puffiness and dark shadows under her eyelids. She underwent successful lower eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty to remove herniated fat causing the puffy lower eyelids and excision of excess skin. Restylane dermal filler was placed to soften the tear trough depression and smooth the contour between the lower eyelid and cheek. She is very happy with her rested and younger appearing lower eyelids with improvement of the puffiness and dark lower eyelid shadows.
