Story: Looking for a refreshed appearance this women in her fifties underwent a mini face lift to improve the appearance of her cheeks and jowls. A fat transfer was done to add a small amount of volume to the high cheek bone area as well as the nasolabial and marionette areas. A rhinoplasty done at the same time refined her nasal tip by improving the bulbous, boxy appearance of the nasal tip. A small hump was reduced leaving her with an elegant profile and more youthful refreshed look.
